How it helps
The system was built specifically to implement and manage rebates, spiffs, and other sales incentive programs. Users conveniently configure and publish programs, and the system applies workflow and rules driven logic to automate claim processing, tracking, and reporting.

Automated spiff management
Our automated spiff management solution adjudicates spiff claims to sale records to replace intensive manual approvals. Sales reps request spiffs through a convenient mobile app against permitted sale records, and bulk approvals are batched up and sent for payment.
Dealer rebate calculations
Our dealer rebate management solution calculates the dealer rebate amount on-demand and organized by customer account, date range,
qualifying sale condition, and the rebate percentage. Unlimited dealer rebate tiers are available for accelerators and decelerators.
Braided spiffs and dealer rebates
Braid your spiff management and dealer rebate management using the same sales data, where spiffs are claimed against specific invoices and dealer rebate calculations are based on the total invoiced amount.
End-customer rebates and instant discounts
Capture brand attribution, end-customer analytics, email addresses using instant discounts. Unlimited promotions can be posted to a consumer friendly and mobile friendly web portal.
Buying Groups
Member sales data is uploaded into the system and matched up to vendor rebate programs. Programs can be granular allowing vendors to assign different rebate amounts for different product categories. The rebate calculation can be fixed or tiered.
Special Pricing Agreements
Dealer integrators propose to their suppliers a special pricing agreement based on specific criteria such as SKU, volume, data range, and end-customer or project. Suppliers accept or reject the proposed agreement and actual sales data is uploaded and compared to the agreement.
Payments / Fulfillment
We collaborate with your accounting department, bank, payments provider, or fulfillment house. Approved incentives are batched up and sent via API. We do have some APIs in place already if you are open to a recommendation.
